A comprehensive educational support package was delivered to Gudel Secondary School in Mahakulung Rural Municipality, Solukhumbu District, on May 27, benefiting hundreds of students and teachers in the remote southern region of Mt. Everest.

The initiative was made possible through the generous support of New Futures Nepal, Nepal English Education Foundation, and Kenilworth Lions, with one of the two smart boards funded by Kenilworth Lions. The program was coordinated and implemented by the Everest Mera Foundation.

The assistance package included 526 sets of tracksuits, T-shirts including footwear for underprivileged students from families engaged in Everest tourism as porters, 21 tracksuits for teachers, two smart boards to enhance digital learning, and a range of educational materials to support classroom teaching and learning.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Gudel Secondary School Principal Chhalak Ram Rai expressed his sincere appreciation to all donor organizations and supporters for their generous contributions.
